2010 Dirt Track Racing Scanner Frequencies Most dirt tracks and dirt racing organizations prohibit the use of two-way radios by the drivers. Some tracks and series do use the Raceceiver device to be able to talk directly to the drivers. However there is still plenty to hear from the officials.
